BEAUTIFUL: This sign exists in several signed languages, including American Sign Language and Brazilian Sign Language. The American sign finishes in a Straight-Angle Handshape, and the Brazilian sign finishes in a Fist. When the sign finishes in a Fist, the Middle-Joint Sequential Movement Symbol is used (with the dots). This shows that the fingers bend into the finishing fisted position. When the sign finishes in a Straight-Angle, there is no bending of the middle joints of the fingers. The Sequential Movement Symbol is from the knuckle joint, finishing straight and together.
